So I also recently jumped on to the riding pant bandwagon. Selina from one of my favorite blogs The Flying Saucer let all of her readers know about a 40% discount code that american apparel were doing for a few days and that the riding pants were included so without hesitation I ordered my pair before I even had time to think about it. I was slightly worried that I'd just dumped a one weeks budget of my student loan on what may have been simply some glorified leggings but after receiving and wearing them pretty much non-stop since I have to say they definitely live up to the hype. They are incredibly versatile and make your waist look teeny and give the illusion that you have legs go up to your armpits, so absolutely no regrets there! I was more than tempted to go for disco pants as well but decided I could barely justify purchasing the one pair let alone both but now I've realised how worth it the are I'll definitely be buying them next time round.
In this particular outfit I pared my riding pants with this gorgeous little jacket blouse that I picked up for next to nothing in a charity shop last summer. I haven't found anything that great in charity shops too recently, I think I need to get my mojo back!
